Board Meeting Notice
The Victoria Lakes HOA meets on the second Thursday of the month at 7PM.
If you have a specific topic you would like to address during a general board meeting, please contact Clarity Community Management 14 days prior to scheduled meeting for inclusion on the agenda.
Please note: a 14 day notice is required for homeowners to attend the general board meeting. Location is to be determined and you will be notified of location at the time of your call.
The Association has an annual meeting held during the month of December. Notice of the time and place along with an agenda is provided to each homeowner. All owners are encouraged to attend and support the Homeowners’ Association or, if attendance is not possible, provide a Proxy so each Owner’s position on any issue is taken into account.
